Where can I check my order history?

You can check your order history when you are logged into your Ethnicraft Partner Portal. Go to 'My Account' and select 'Order History.'

You will find the status of each order:

Order in process: Still to be confirmed by Ethnicraft
Open order: Confirmed by Ethnicraft
Order cancelled: Order is cancelled
Order partially shipped: Part of the order left the warehouse
Order fully shipped: All items have left the warehouse
