When will my order be shipped?

 

This answer is applicable for Contract & Trade professionals only

Once we receive your payment and all items are in stock, it can take up to two weeks for your order to ship. If all items are not yet in stock, you can check your order history in your Portal account to see when they are expected to be available for shipping.

Once your items have left our warehouse, you will receive an email notification. Please note that at that point, your order cannot be changed. Expected transit times may vary depending on the delivery address.

 

 

This answer is applicable for retailers only

Our general delivery conditions will remain. Your order will be shipped as soon as the amount of your outstanding available orders (excluding VAT) reach the predefined amount. If you want the goods shipped before reaching this amount, an extra ‘fixed transport fee’ will be charged. In this case, please contact your sales manager or email orders@ethnicraft.com.

If you requested a complete delivery, your order will be shipped as soon as all the items are available in stock.
