The Service Portal is the place dedicated to all your after sales activities and general inquiries.
From the Service Portal, you will be able to access the different forms for entering a complaint about an ordered item or for entering a general question or request.
Once you have submitted your first form, you will receive an email asking you to create a login and password to access the 'View My Tickets' page, which will allow you to track your open and closed tickets.
The Service Portal can be accessed via the 'My Account' submenu at the top right of the Partner Portal.
