Can I access closed tickets?

You can easily access and review your closed tickets by accessing the 'View My Tickets' page. At the top right of the page, you can select the status of the tickets you want to view (open or closed). This way it is easy to find tickets submitted in the past.

You can also use the search bar at the top left of the page to find a specific ticket.
