How to log in to the service portal to view your tickets?

To access the web page that allows you to view all your old tickets and see the progress of your current tickets, click on the 'View My Tickets' tab in the Service Portal. A new page will open, and you will need to enter your login to access the page.

How do I get a login?

You will receive an automatic email allowing you to create a login once you have submitted your first form.
