Go to the 'View My Tickets' page accessible from the Service Portal
After submitting an initial form, you will receive an email allowing you to create a login to access the 'View My Tickets' page.
On this page you will see all your existing tickets, whether they are already closed or still open. You will find the following information:
- Ticket ID: A unique number generated by our system that is assigned to each ticket. This allows us to easily find your individual tickets.
- Subject: The subject of your ticket that you entered in the form.
- Created: The date on which you submitted the form for this ticket.
- Last activity: The last date when someone from our team changed something in the file related to this ticket.
- Status: Informs you on the current status of the ticket, if it is still being processed or if it has been closed.
