      I forgot or want to change my password for the Service Portal

       

      Have you lost your password and can't access the 'View My Tickets' page? Click the 'View My Tickets' button in the Service Portal. A page will appear asking you to identify yourself. Click 'Forgot my password' and an email will be sent to you to create a new password.
