Can I change or cancel my order?

This answer is only applicable for Contract & Trade professionals

You cannot change or cancel an order yourself via the Portal. You will need to submit your request to cancel or change your order as soon as possible via our Service Portal.

Please note that by submitting your request, the order will not directly be cancelled or changed. Your Customer Service Representative will contact you with more information about the possibilities depending on your order status.

You cannot change or cancel an order yourself via the Portal. Please contact your sales team to assist you with your request. Depending on the order status, they will advise you if they are able to change or cancel it.
